Congratulations with the winning. It's truly justified fun game. I found the best simplistic visuals and very well-explained mechanics, which made me really involved into the game. I don't know if this is how Africa really looks like, but now I believe that it is 10 out of 10.
I had the tab open in my browser for a while, finally played it before the next LD! It’s pretty nice and easy to play to the end!
I like the mood warmed up with the intro. The rhino rushing is conveyed by the acceleration on move, which also matches the obstacle crush mechanic.
Progression is nice although a bit slow for a player like me (but each step makes sense), and the meta-mechanic of placement adds a layer on top of everything. Perceived puzzle difficulty tends to drop on new mechanic introduction, but that’s common and good to get used to further mechanic combination.
A few issues I had:
Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated! :)

Thanks for sharing the record! :)
Great little game - especially liked the later mechanics.
We picked it as our freeware tip for this week - hope you don't mind that.
Was wondering, if you're now thinking about expanding this to a bigger game, e.g. like Guselect did with his Moonleap (first a winner of game jam in 2022 and then expanded it and released earlier this year).
Thanks for your comment! Sure, no worries it is all fine :)
For now, there are no plans to continue working on it, but it can change at some point!
When are the walkthroughs on YouTube?
No idea :)
Good game! Thanks for sharing!!
Glad you liked it!
It's a very fun game, and 48 hours of production time gave me more than ten minutes of immersion. Very clear level design and excellent core gameplay
Thank you, much appreciated!
Wow, this was an epic entry, especially for a compo entry! I totally expected the game to end after the first set of levels and was all set to say how easy it was, and then... there was so much more! And there were a lot of cool additions throughout that led to lots of cool thinking/planning/feeling super smart 🧠
Well done!

Dude. Who did your animation work? They are ridiculously amazing! Can I contract them?
Everything is on point and the progressive additions of new game mechanics is seamless! Great job!
Thank you, glad you liked it! :)
What an impressive compo game! The art, animation, music, sounds are all extremely clean.
I love how it starts as a simple "Find the correct path on ice" game and adds two beautiful ideas to it.
Mechanics are smoothly explained through simple levels.
I would love to play a version of this with a bit more "full" levels such as 16 and 17 someday!
Really enjoyed it, great job ✨
That's really kind of you, very appreciated! Thanks for playing ✨
